· Once a week, 30 minute Zoom calls to Empower and/or personal train.

Premium package for clients who need deeper accountability.

· Weekly video check-ins

Includes:
· 3–4 structured workouts per week (mobility + core + light strength)
· 25–35 minute sessions (easy to fit into real life)
· Joint-friendly, hormone-supportive programming
· Simple weekly movement goals
· Optional monthly Q&A or group check-in (if you choose)
